My Charge 3 was working fine up until last night, now the screen wont activate at all. The vibration alerts are still working fine just the actual tracker screen not loading.

Any ideas on how to sort this issue quickly.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here. Keep in mind that we may need more than 7 business days to respond, due to recent events affecting our operations. Stay tuned of your inbox to the email address associated with this account. 

In the meantime, if you haven't done so yet, please restart your Charge 3 by following the steps provided at: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
