My charge 3’s screen won’t turn on. I can sense the vibrations going on, the syncing is on but the screen won’t turn on for any reason whatsoever. I tried hard resetting it, still the screen won’t turn on.
Would really appreciate the help if provided.

Hi @Arjun.j.d, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have the same problem, I get the line then smiley face but screen wont turn on. Any other suggestions, I am out my warranty period now

i lost my Ionic this Monday and today the Charge 3 of my daughter suddenly died. Just died. The screen was moving and it just stopped. The button doesn't work.
Since I already lost my Ionic bc it wasn't under guaranteed, could you please send ASAP my request to the Support since the Charge 3 is still under guaranteed?
This is VERY URGENT!! I can't do anything the left button just doesn't work. I really need your help and a fast reply from the Support to receive a new watch. Two watches in a week it's too much for me.
