I've been using a Charge 3 for about a year now. Recently I wanted to change a face on the tracker. For some reason it didn't take and I was left trying to unpair the device from my Galaxy S7.
I now run into a problem where my app will detect the pebble. Send me a pin number. But the app doesn't change screens to allow me to input it. From there the pebble buzzes twice and the pin changes to a circle with x inside. The app then displays a not working message.
I've tried rebooting the pebble, factory resetting, force stopping the app and restarting and rebooting my S7. I'm at a loss at this point at what I may not be doing right.
