Charge 3 setup issues

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, i deleted my device Charge 3 from the account to connect another new Fitbit for a friend. Now I’m trying to connect back my Charge 3, but after I digit the code he goes in “connecting Fitbit” for hours without achieving anything. Anyone have a solution?

If you are having problems pairing your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
