Charge 3 setup issues

The first update was unsuccessful, it remained blocked with a white line on it, doing nothing. Couldn't reconnect with phone; i deleted the connection and tried to set a new one, nothing. deleted the app, reinstalled, still not connecting.

 

no restart methods work. there is no vibration while charging, no battery image, never saw it, not even in the beginning, the button doesn't work, it only shows that white line blocked at some point. what can i do?

Thanks for troubleshooting this setup issue. If you are having problems pairing your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
