Charge 3 setup issues

My new Fitbit Charge 3 will not connect to my phone. What can I do? I have disconnected all my other devices from my Bluetooth. I have fully charged the Fitbit and I have turned the Bluetooth off and back on with the Fitbit right next to it. So what’s the deal?

At what step does it fail, any error messages. and may I ask what phone model "my phone" is?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. If you are having problems connecting your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
