Whenever I try to sync my Charge 3, it disconnects the pairing from my phone. I tried the solutions I could find in the forum and none of the worked. Any other suggestions?

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. I would like to know if you keep having this problem? If so, I recommend taking a look at the article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
