I've seen others post this question but none of the replies have helped me. Earlier this week, I noticed that my sleep and steps were no longer available on my dashboard. I have restarted my phone, removed and re-added the app, and did a restart on my FitBit Charge 3 (and made sure the smile appeared on the face of the watch), but my steps and sleep are still not able to be added to the dashboard.
When I go to Discover and click on Health and Fitness Stats, the only one that is checked is the Exercise Stat. When I click on any of the other stats, it takes me to their page with the explanation of the stat, but the "Open" button at the bottom will not allow me to click on it. Any other suggestions on how to get my steps and sleep back on my Dashboard?

Update, I called support and found out for some reason, I had to add my Charge 3 back onto my account. After doing that, I was able to add my sleep and steps back onto my dashboard and now it works! Support was very helpful!
