Charge 3 setup issues

I've been trying to connect my Charge 3 to my phone for months. I've tried restarting the phone, the watch, using other devices instead of my phone, restarting Bluetooth, seeing if the app is updated. 

 

No matter what I do, it gets to the part of the set up process to enter the 4 digit code, and then says it didn't work, and to try again. I don't understand why it won't connect.

Thanks for troubleshooting this setup issue. I would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your unit? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
