Started having more than usual syncing issues a few days ago on both IPad and LG phone. (normally I have to reboot every few days)
... I uninstalled and reinstalled app three different times.
... I restarted several times, rebooted and even cleared data.
... I tried to install as a new device.
... It took hours because the code would disappear as soon as it showed up.
... When I would put the code in I got message that something was wrong.
... I finally synced enough for the time to update.
... Today there are no tiles for steps or sleep.
...So I followed online instructions and it is registered to me.
... I hit edit, went to discover and then Health stats. When I click on sleep, the open bar is unresponsive.
... So I tried to set up an new device ONE MORE TIME....
... Of course it is not working. It says we found tracker.... but it WILL NOT CONNECT.
...I'm not new at troubleshooting my Charge 3. This is my second one. My fitbit is not a year old. Im ver frustrated at this point.
