Charge 3 won't sync

Hello. I just got a Charge 3 a week ago. I have went out for walks 5 days this week and it has only saved 2 days worth of data. 

 

This is really a bummer as I wanted to look at my overall. Is there something I did wrong. I have my walking goal set to 5 days. TIA

It sounds that your tracker isn't syncing. If this is the case, I recommend checking the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there. After syncing your device, check if your information is there.
