Charge 3 setup issues

Hi, bought Charge 3 in Jan 19, it is not pairing. Long press not helping, clock face is not visible, Bluetooth in phone identifies the device, it says it has located the tracker but get stuck and ask for a four digits number.

 

The companies support system is not helping and saying its out of warranty. I am located at Mumbai (India). Apparently there is no service center in our country.

very sad.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. If you are having problems pairing your tracker, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

Hi,It feels nice that at least someone is hearing you.I tried everything .My problem is my device is not pairing ,while doing so it asks me a four digit number which i don't have and I get stuck there.
