Bought a new Charge 3 and am unable to move beyond setup screen. Connected to the app, and setup twice. App shows the deice is connected etc. but the tracker screen is stuck on setup. done this twice already and am frustrated. Please help or have to return this device tomorrow.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. If you are seeing the fitbit.com/setup message on your tracker, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
