I am putting the 4 digit pair code in constantly.
Finds the devise but then "there was a problem communicating with your tracker"
I have turned on and off the Bluetooth.
Rebooted the phone.
no change

I'd like you to restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, make sure to follow the setup process as described in this help page and see if your tracker pairs properly with your phone.
