My fit bit charge 3 started to have a white square box in the middle of the screen. I followed the steps to do the soft reset and when that didn’t change anything I did the hard restart. No change. I also charged it last night and today the battery icon was flashing. Usually the battery last most of the week.

I am experiencing the white rectangular box in the middle of my Fitbit charge 3. I’ve done all the required steps and still there. Only 2 yrs old. This shouldn’t be happening. Please help.
