I've read through all of the answers. None of the reset suggestions work. It doesn't find my fit bit when I try to sync. I can't change my clock face. Any suggestions?

Hello, thank you for your response. No matter how long i hold the button down for that error screen stays there. I've tried it plugged in and not plugged in. It doesn't seem to respond to anything.
