Hello,
In the last week the time on my Charge 3 has been around 5 -8 minutes out. I've tried syncing, deleting the app, logging in and out again, and restarting my Fitbit, but I still can't correct the time.
Please help!

Hi Alejandra,
I did what you suggested and it didn't work. I was only able to resolve this by deleting all my data, unpairing and re-pairing the fitbit. A shame to lose a few days of steps but I couldn't see another solution.

Hey @Omasparx, it's great to see you here.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker isn't showing the correct time, I recommend changing your timezone to a different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again. To change your timezone, follow the instructions provide in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?.
Let me know how it goes.

I'm having the same issue. it's not a time zone thing. My time is about 25 minutes off I've deleted the app, and repaired it, several times, but it only lasts about 12-24 hours before the time shows lagging again. I'm quite disappointed. What should I do? Thank you for time.

It's great to see you here, @HiSheila and @Gibby36, thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this timezone issue. If your Charge 3 isn't showing the correct time, I recommend changing the time to a different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
To change your timezone, follow the instructions provide in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?. Also, as suggested, check that your tracker is syncing properly and that the device you are using to sync has the correct time too.
Let me know how it goes. 🙂

Your fix does NOT work, friend. Since other charge 3 users have the same problem, it is inherent either in the soft or hard ware. I would really like a refund, but considering the company’s venality—so common with many gadget makers—that will never happen, nor will they fix their design, since that would be 1. Admitting their error. And 2. Spending the bucks to redesign a flawed product. It’s much easier, and more profitable, to let it slide by. That’s our bad luck to have been conned into buying their bad product!
Their moms must be so proud of their successful little angels!
Never again another **ahem**bit for me!
cordially!

Can we all just recognise that going to these lengths, *all* of these lengths over and over again, is ridiculous. As the customer we shouldn't be having to continually finding workarounds to problems. I don't buy these electronics to then spend hours pouring over the net trying to fix them. At some point isn't the company who makes them, in this case Fitbit, responsible for providing a reliable product? I don't understand how we all let them continually get away with it.
A watch that doesn't tell the time? Come on, that sounds crazy... who would buy that?

I have tried the "changing the time zone" fix and also tried charging it, but neither has worked after multiple tries. I do not want to delete my info and reinstall. Is there any other fix?
