Good evening! My Charge 3 is behind by 1 hour. I have tried everything but I cannot get the time to be correct. I have deleted my Fitbit and downloaded the program again. I have rebooted the Fitbit Charge 3 but still the Fitbit is an hour behind! Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!

If it is exactly one hour, it sounds like a time zone issue. Check the time zone. If it is set right, try changing it to something wrong, sync, then change back to correct, and sync again.

Thank you, JohnnyRow & AlejandraFitbit - I changed to Alaska time for a little while and then back to my time and I am still 1 hour behind! 😞
