Fitbit screen has white stripes

Its only been 5 months and it just happened today when i seemed to notice that white stripes appeared . Its been working properly and charging properly , so i dont know why these appear. 

Please help and send me solution for this problen

@Bookworm05 @Sassygg This sounds like a hardware issue and not something a restart will fix.  Please contact Fitbit Customer Support for further resolutions.

I’ve tried to restart it but it doesnt work the vertical lines still appear

I have the same issue however my screen has also reduced in size so is a grey rectangle in the middle of the screen rather than filling the screen. It also seems like my battery is draining really fast. 5% in about 15 minutes. It had run flat last night so put it on to charge this morning to full. Tried plugging it back in to reset and it had already lost 5%. The reset did nothing.
