This morning a car pulled out in front of me while I was biking. After the collision (a few hours later), I noticed that my Fitbit was no longer responding to swipes and pinching the 'button' would cause the usual vibration and would turn the screen on but would not turn it off and holding would not open the settings. I tried to reset it by putting a pin in the small hole - turns out this is the altimeter. The watch is now just a blank screen with no response to swiping or the side button. It became quite hot for a bit but has now cooled down. Putting it on charge for ~ 10 mins has only caused it to heat up again. Does anyone know how to help?

Hi, this is also happening to mine. We wanted to reset it because my watch is not notifying me of calls/texts, and my husband put something in the pin hole. The screen is now blank and we can’t turn it on. Are we able to fix it?
