My fitbit charge 3 lights up almost every time I move my arm. Is there any way to adjust the sensitivity as this is likely using up battery power.

Hi there @skye1949, thanks for stopping by, I'll be glad to help you. 😉
To see the time on your Fitbit device, turn your wrist to wake up the screen. Adjust this feature directly on your wrist by pressing and hold the button and tap Screen Wake.
I'd also recommend to take a look at the article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

Thanks. I did not know you could find that screen so I deactivated the screen coming on when I move my arm, and will see how it works.
