I recently updated my Charge 3 and the update bricked my device. At first it looped between main screen and notification screens and resetting it did not help. Today it started to display Fitbit logo and 001. Resetting did not help.
I contacted their Customer Support but they were unable to help me and offered 25% off on next Fitbit purchase since it was out of warranty (purchased Oct 2018). I've never had a product break down so fast.
