My Fitbit has lines going through the screen, it’s only 15 months old!! Never been worn in water, never damaged!! Can anybody advise?? Typical to be just outside the warranty 😞 had for its since they were first released in the uk and never experienced this problem before!

@Dmassey90 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that your Fitbit is showing lines on the screen.

I appreciate that you mentioned you've taken good care of it. I'd like you to restart your Fitbit. To better assist you, let me know the Fitbit model that you have.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi 🙂 it’s a charge 3! I have already tried resetting it... to no avail, the lines have only gotten worse! Can barely read the screen now 🙂 thanks in advance

@Dmassey90 Thanks for getting back. I've moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic.

Since you already performed a restart, please try doing a long restart:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
