My charge 3 clock/time is 12 hours wrong.
time as I write this is 16:10, my Fitbit clock shows 04:10.
I have deleted and re added it to my app. I’ve restarted it in the settings on the watch and sync’d several times.
please help as it lights up during night but not in day time. I’m not daft I’ve turned it off from doing this so it doesn’t wake me at night but it is wrong.
how can I correct this?

Go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down to Time zone and set it correctly. Then scroll on down and click on Submit and then sync your tracker.

Hello there @Fitkarenbit, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the wrong time shown on your Charge 3 and for taking the time to troubleshoot it prior to contacting us. However, I'm glad to hear that it got fixed. 😉
Keep in mind that your Charge 3 may be showing an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or if it has been unpaired from your account. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, note that your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with so it can update the time throughout the day. You can always take a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the time keeps showing incorrect after syncing your Charge 3, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again. To change the time make sure you are following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
We'll be around if there's anything else we may do to help you.

My settings have no gear. My clock is still off because of daylight savings time going off. I ran a long update and it still isn't reset. ???
