Charge 3 shows 001 error

My Fitbit is stuck with logo and 001 on the screen. I l can’t restart ,can’t connect to Bluetooth or phone I’ve tried everything. Please help. Non of the articles above help my problem. It’s basically impossible wile it’s in the charging cradle to push the button down for a reset.Please respond

Hello @Ray77 

Try changing your clock face (preferably to the original clock face or one made by Fitbit through the Fitbit App. Open Fitbit app, tap profile picture then scroll down and tap the name of your Fitbit then tap gallery. Change your clock face here.

I'm having the same issue. I follow the restart protocol and the smiley face comes up then goes black. After 3 minutes the error code comes back.
