Charge 3 shows dead pixel lines

Hi,

I have a Charge 3 since March, it recently started displaying dead pixel lines.

I browsed the forum here and found instructions on how to reboot. I did it and the lines are still there.

 

I would like to open a ticket with the support department to replace my Charge 3.

To be clear, I bought the Charge 3 for my s/o as a gift, and I'm in charge of fixing it
