Hi, the sync was not working on my Charge 3. So have tried all problem solving of Bluetooth on/off, forgetting the device and restarting to pair the device. Also had blank screen and now have 001 displayed. Also reported to Fitbit support and escalated but Fitbit still not working or issue resolved. I live in the uk and purchased it from Amazon in June 2020 - assistance to fix this needed please.
