Charge 3 won't sync

I've had my charge 3 for around 12 months and it's been fine apart from the last month or so.

It started with being difficult to sync needing to reboot my phone to get it to sync.

It now wont sync at all at hasn't for 2 weeks.

I've tried all the things mentioned on here, including removing and reinstalling the app on the phone and rebooting the  fit but via settings and it still refuses to sync.

Sometimes it will give the 4 digit number but gets no further.

Very frustrating.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your tracker isn't connecting with your phone, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and make sure you have followed the steps there.
