My Fitbit has developed horizontal lines that made the scree is not fully visible and it's black lines, I have tried restart many times but nothing changed

Do you have a third party clock face on your Charge 3? If so try putting it back to the original clock face and see if that helps. Just open your Fitbit app, tap profile picture, scroll down and tap Charge 3 then tap gallery. You can revert back here.

@Ahmed2020 Please contact Support for more help with your corrupted screen, especially if it is still under warranty. There are no third party clock faces for the Charge 3.
