Charge 3 shows incorrect time

Since the clocks went back. My charge 3 clock won’t change  . What do I do

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not showing the correct time. Try restarting your tracker. After this change the timezone to a completely different one, save and sync then change it back to the correct one, save and sync again.
