My charge 3 is quite ofter up to 15 minutes slow which is pretty useless for a watch. I fact it has been slow all day today and even after sync 1s still 5 minutes slow

Hi @Judejudith, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it's 15 minutes behind. This may be caused due to a syncing issue.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, sync and monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
