My Charge 3 is too dim to read even in the dark. I tried to restart the device by holding the button while charging. Please advise what other steps to try. This is obviously a Fitbit issue and not an isolated incident???

I'm having the same issue! I've tried everything I've read in these threads to no avail. I've had mine for 2 years but now I can't read it 😞

They offered a % off if I purchase a new one. But honestly, after seeing that so many people have that same problem, I'm not rushing to replace it.
