Charge 3 shows the wrong time

The time of my Fitbit is wrong. How do I fix it. Tried rebooting but nothing happens.

Thanks for the details shared about this situation with your Charge 3. If after syncing your device the time is still incorrect, please make sure the time zone setting is correct by doing the following:

 

For iPhones and iPads

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Advanced Settin
  2. Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option.
  3. Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.

For Android Phones

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Advanced Settings.
  2. Turn off the Automatic time zone option.
  3. Tap Select time zone and select the correct time zone.
  4. Sync your Fitbit device.
