Charge 3 shuts down by itself

After my walk yesterday, my Fitbit starts going haywire (screen changing, vibrating for no reason, etc.).

 

Had this Charge 3 since April and had no problems what so ever.

 

I happen to go on this Community Board and it seems like everyone is having the same problem, which is weird in itself that everyone is having the same problem.  If that's the case, it seems like a Fitbit software glitch in the matrix.

 

Fitbit, please fix this problem or send us a new Fitbit... be safe out there everyone!

Hi @Shastashark, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 changes through screens, vibrates all of a sudden and it turns off by itself. I totally understand how you feel about this.
