I had just finished a HIIT workout when the screen on my Charge 3 started spazzing out and flicking on and off without any touches.
I took it off and was still spazzing. Now the side button is completely unresponsive to touch. I’ve tried all the other “solutions” posted. I rebooted it from the screen bc the screen still responds but I can’t return to the home screen bc the side button won’t respond to touch.
Tried doing a manual reboot on the charger, didn’t work for the 8 second or 15 second hold. I reset the watch face and that was able to return me to a home screen but that’s it. It looks from reading this forum that this is commonly occurring problem with the Charge 3.
I just bought this on 11 Jan 2020 and its my first Fitbit product after owning an Apple Watch for almost 4 years. Is there anything that can be done to fix my Fitbit?
