First off I would like to start with the fact that the Charge 3 is the nicest Fitbit I’ve had yet. It helps me stay healthy and reminds me to keep moving.
The main issue I have is that it doesn’t tell me how i sleep in the icon menu on the actual Fitbit. It loads into the app though. Which works but I want it to work if it’s going to be on the Fitbit.
Second issue is that I can’t tell the difference between normal and strong vibrations. Sometimes I have to rely on other sources to help me wake up in the morning because the vibrations aren’t strong enough.
Other than that the Charge 3 is a good Fitbit to have. I would still recommend it. It would be better if the flaws were fixed. It would be nice if you could play music from your phone through the Fitbit.
Sincerely,
Mtm16

It's great to see you around, @Mtm16.
I appreciate the feedback provided, it's great to hear that you are enjoying your Charge 3.
Regarding the sleep, our team is aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, sorry for any inconvenience it's caused and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Now about the vibrations, if the vibration is too weak, you can try the restart process by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
About the music, we do not currently have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂
