Hi.
I was wondering how I return a fit bit, and where I send it to.

Hi @Callie14 where did you purchase it and why are you wanting to return it? It's often easier to return it to the place where it was purchased. Fitbit can work with you to correct an issue, too. What's going on?

How you return a Fitbit, and where you send it (or you might not even send it anywhere at all) depends on what retailer or where you bought it from. If you bought it from fitbit.com or amazon.com, they have a return policy for 90 days (to my knowledge, I may be incorrect on that, because I bought my Fitbit from Amazon)
If you bought it in-store, look at the store's website to see that.
(I also see someone else answered with my exact answer now. Oops.)

Hi.
I got my charge 3 for Christmas and about 2 weeks later it stopped working. I have read comments and tried to fix it. But it still won’t work. How do you send it back and get warranty?
