Charge 3 started vibrating and flickering between screens

I’ve had this four about 3-4 months and no issues at all until last night when it suddenly started vibrating constantly and became non responsive, but was flickering from the screen wake page to notifications. I tried hard reboot and reset, no difference. Then I put it in the bathroom so I could sleep and this morning put on charge. Was not very responsive once charged up but it was monitoring heart rate. I couldn’t turn the screen off so it just went back to flickering to screen wake page to main clock face. I noticed the battery was again low so put 

back on charge. After slowly it seemed to go back to normal until tonight the sensor light has stopped working so no HR monitor at all. I have tried reset, reboot, turning HR monitor off and on again and nothing. PLEASE HELP. This is ridiculous after 4 months
