I want to say a big "THANKS" to all those who shared their successes and failures on what to do when the screen is blank. I tried them all but nothing work.
Also, apparently, I was ignorant on some of the rules of the community because I was contacted by a moderator and told my post was taken down. (If you did not see the post, it was not vulgar, nasty or ugly. That is not my style) I was simply calling attention to a problem that multiple people have with the blank screen. In Fibit's defense, my Charge 3 was out of warranty by about a month when the problem first surface, so I did not ask for a free replacement. This is my third Fitbit to own. My first one the band broke in a crowed place and fell off my wrist. Never could find it. My second one was not functioning properly but it was under warranty so I got a free replacement.

Hi @cwman when we join the forums, we all agree to abide by the rules. You can see the terms of service, linked at the bottom of this page. It's pretty standard. Have you contacted support? I know right now that the phone lines are only answered on weekdays.
