Charge 3 stats update delay

About 3 weeks ago Fitbit was down for a couple of hours - first time it ever happened to me. And this is my forth Fitbit.  Since then i find that my Fitbit doesn’t update very quickly in the morning.   None of my stats are updated and if I try to go into a Category, it doesn’t respond and then when it does open, the stats are not updated.   It takes a minute or two and then updates.  This has never happened before.  I checked with a friend who has a Charge 4 and the same thing is happening to her.  I have reset my Charge a couple of times since this happened and it has made no difference.  What is going on and when are you going to fix it?  I love my Fitbit & just want it back to normal.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app.
