Hello @Redkettle, welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information!

If your steps didn't show up on the Fitbit App, it might been experienced due to a syncing inconvenience. For troubleshooting steps, I recommend checking this link: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I also recommend restarting your Charge 3 and manually log your Steps in case they didn't sync to your Fitbit account. To manually log an activity, please take into consideration the following information from this link: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

On a side note, I was able to see that you contacted our Support Team but it seems that your chat got disconnected. If you still have additional questions or require further assistance, I recommend contacting them one more time so they can continue assisting you.

Have a great day!

I used to see my number of steps run continuously on my app as I’m walking. It doesn’t do that anymore. (If it helps, my phone is new)

I wanna be able to see steps as I’m walking.

how can I fix this?

Hello @eddie1957. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the information. Please note that Data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day and this happens each time you open the Fitbit app, so your device syncs automatically when it's nearby. You can also use the Sync Now option in the app at any time. For details about how Fitbit devices sync, please check: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

If you experience any syncing inconvenience, I'd suggest performing the troubleshooting steps suggested here

Hope this helps.

Hello @Acny. Welcome to the community forums.

I'm sorry for the experiences. Regarding the screen of your Charge 3, I'd recommend performing a restart by following the instructions from this thread. If that doesn't help, my best recommendation is that you please contact our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can do this by clicking on the link provided in that thread or click here to get connected.

In addition, if you still need assistance for the band, you can also comment this to our Support Team.

See you around.
