My Charge 3 appears to be accurate with my steps, knows when I bicycle ride and knows when I am exercising but when riding my motorcycle the steps continue to add up while I am in the saddle on the road.
I have tried stopping different activities while riding but nothing appears to work except to leave the Charge 3 off my wrist at home. I also always have my Apple 8 iPhone with me which I sync to. Any suggestions how to pause the steps while I am riding would be helpful.

Keep in mind that the wrist trackers count steps depending on the movement of your arms, when you are driving or for example when your tracker is close to a fan, it counts steps due to the vibrations. You can learn more about how your Fitbit tracks steps by checking the article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?.
