My Fitbit charge 3 no longer notified me of incoming texts, missed phone calls and emails. I tried rebooting. But still the same problem.

I would love to know the answer. I just got on the discussion forum to see if there was an answer.

Mine is also doing the same thing. I have tried all of the recommended fixes and nothing works.

It would be nice to know what phone we are asking about.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+. Tried everything again...still not working. It did vibrate yesterday when I got to 10,000 steps, but that was it.

Same problem for me. Cannot get text messages or calls to show on screen. iPhone 6 all iOS updates complete. Fitbit app up to date. I have called Fitbit numerous times, no difference.

Hope this helps. On your watch you will need to turn off “Do not Disturb” and “Sleep Mode”
On your Watch:
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll to Do Not Disturb & select off
3. then scroll to Sleep Mode & select off
Once this is done you will start getting the vibrations from calls and texts. (This will not affect your alarm settings. The alarm will still alert & vibrate.) Also, make sure all notifications are turned on from your Fitbit app. Plus, if you have an iPhone Go to Settings then Notifications. (Select the app for Phone and Messages and/or any other messenger) Make sure Allow Notifications is on and Show Previews is on Always. As well as Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banner are all checked with a check mark.
Hope this helps.

Maybe try this. Before you delete the app go to your Fitbit app settings (on the upper top left corner in light blue)
Then click on your watch name and scroll to the bottom to Remove This (the device name).
Then delete the app.
Next, go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone & click on your watch device name that has the blue circle with a letter “i” then click on Forget This Device.
Then place your watch on the charger and hold for 15 seconds on the side until you see a white line. Release your hold when the white line stays on your watch screen. (Leave the watch on charger)
Then reinstall the app. Once the app is installed wait until it ask to pair with your watch. Once the pair is complete check all settings.
On your watch you will need to turn off “Do not Disturb” and “Sleep Mode”
1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll to Do Not Disturb & select off
3. then scroll to Sleep Mode & select off
Then make sure all notifications are turned on from your Fitbit app.
Then if you have an iPhone check the Bluetooth & click on the device name & the Share System Notifications is on.
Also, check your Notifications. (Select the app for Phone and Messages and/or any other messenger) Make sure Allow Notifications is on and Show Previews is on Always. As well as Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banner are all checked with a check marks.
Hope this helps.
