Hello,
My charge 3 is about 2 years old, a couple of months ago I noticed some lines across the screen. I followed guidance online to reset and change the display settings which didn't resolve the problem and now the screen doesn't come on at all.
I have tried to do the hard reset however this has not worked either.
Can anyone advise how I would go about getting it repaired?
