Charge 3 stopped receiving notifications

I updated my Fitbit a couple weeks ago and it will not show notifications anymore. I rebooted my Fitbit, checked all my settings, unpaired with Bluetooth, select forget this device in app and repaired, made sure my app was up to date. Nothing. Everything is set to where it’s supposed to be and I’ve tried every troubleshooting tip. Any suggestions?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your tracker and see if it receives notifications properly.
