After the software update my charge 3 won’t notify me anymore when I’m getting calls or texts. Everything else seems to work fine, and I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting options without success.

Hi @Skasbow, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped receiving call/text notifications. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you could've already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your tracker and see if it receives notifications properly.

I fixed it. For whatever reason sleep mode & do not disturb were on.
