Hi. At first my only issue was that my notifications weren't going through to my watch. I can live with that. But then it stopped syncing. I tried different things, and in the end deleted the app and started again...now it won't pair with my phone. Not sure whether to send it back or try and resolve it. Help please!

I am sorry to hear you were not receiving notifications on your Charge 3 and now it has stopped syncing and you can't pair it with your phone. I am continuing to have this issue. I have unpaired and repaired my charge 3 with the Bluetooth on my phone. I have restarted my charge. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my fitbit app. I do not have any other devices connected to my Bluetooth. My fitbit is fully charged. I have forgotten and reset up my device in my fitbit app. Nothing is working! This is so extremely frustrating! What would the next possible step be?

I carried on wearing the new watch today, just as a watch so I knew the time, and the time has gone on it too, completely out of sync with actual time. Am I just unlucky??

It is so frustrating. Especially as they sent me a new face out and the issue is the same 😔 This is my first experience with fitbit, I was really looking forward to all that it offers, but I'm left feeling really disappointed. Sorry you're having the same problems.
