Charge 3 stopped syncing

Cannot see my current activity., My dashboard will not not sync. What is happening????? I would like to see how I am doing ? Help

Thank you for the detailed information. At this time, I'm not sure about what could have caused this inconvenience, but I'd like to let you know that the syncing process can be affected by several factors. For a list of troubleshooting steps, I'd recommend visiting this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

On a side note, please make sure you have a Charge 3. If in case you haven't paired your Charge 3, you can set up your tracker by following the steps here: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

hi, I am about before, Imust of hit the wrong button.I have a Charge 2, .Hopefully I can fix the problem about  it not syncing as someone told me before.Thank you for your info.Gonna try & get it to work.Funny how I can see messages, but cannot see my stats
