My charge 3 just stopped recording steps and I cannot get it to continue
Help as I am in a challenge

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

As my friend @SunsetRunner has recommended, please restart your Charge 3. You can also manually reset it by swiping to Settings and tap Reboot Device.
