Interesting, I’ve made several attempts to click on Customer Support on Fitbit App and each time it states unavailable, try later! Goodness, that’s terrible. I’m trying desperately to figure out why SpO2 data and graph have disappeared after update 2 days ago!

The technicians who are developing that feature add it to some folks and take away from some folks. That feature has not been fully released yet. I don't have it yet even for a few days.
